It seems I have a friend or two that live vicariously through my blog because I have been chastised for not updating it often enough. So, here it is.

I start school on January 9th. I am a little apprehensive and excited all at the same time. I know this is what I am supposed to be pursuing. God has made it all simple for me to attend school this time. It could be that I will be doing someone some good somehow. I don't think the people that love me understand what a commitment Massage Therapy school is and what a future there is in this field. The courses I am attending are the equivalent of getting an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license. It is very in depth and not just simple Mickey Mouse technique teaching. When I am finished with the school, there are state boards that I need to pass in order to be able to practice. Maybe they do understand the commitment and how important it is. It just kind of hurts when they make jokes about it sometimes and treat it like it is some piece of fluff.

On a lighter note, Dave is working for a local company now. This is a good thing. He is not making alot of money. He is however, home most nights for dinner (most is better than none), bringing home a regular paycheck (regular is better than none), and like I have said before, we are much better when we are together. For his Christmas present, he got another tattoo on his right bicep. It looks really great. Wierd family aren't we??

Anyway, I will try and keep this updated more often. I now have to log off. I worked almost 12 hours today and I am wiped out. Talk to all of you soon.
